POLICE COURT , KENDAL SATURDAY. Before W. LONGMIRE and G. E. WILSON, Esqrs. EVADING TOLL. ROBERT THISTLETHWAITE, Forest Hall, was charged with driving over a private road, thereby evading toll, and was fined 10s and costs. ___________________________________________ TUESDAY. Before the MAJOR ( J. J. WILSON, Esq.) and G. F. BRAITHWAITE, Esq. JOHN HULLY and RICHARD KITCHEN were brought up, the former for being drunk, and the latter for sleeping in an outhouse. KITCHEN was discharged, and HULLY was fined 5s and costs. ____________________________________________ THURSDAY. Before G. F. BRAITHWAITE, Esq. THOMAS JAMESON and GEORGE MEDCALFE were both charged with sleeping in an outhouse at the Lound, having no visible means of support.
