    3. Well I'm not into Football or really any other sport, I did have one of my son's training with Spurs till his ankle started playing up again -- But I DID spend hours studying team performance for the Football Pools, would decide which teams should come up with a draw, another way of picking my teams were the same initials like Swansea V Southampton unless the away team really had a bad away range, if there wasn't many of the same initial, then I would pick initials of married couples of family or friends, lucky numbers would also be a choice. I still have a cheque/check here which I never cashed for winnings [which I must give to Maria ] dated by Vernons on 13th Oct.1981 ... for a whooping sum of GBP.1.05. Wondering now what ways other Trivvies choose or used to chose for doing their Pool Forms. Marlene ```````````````````````````` How about football? It's something that goes back to the 1800's. 3. I was only kidding anyway Marlene. But as you've asked the question I can tell you that when I have to pick numbers for anything like that, I usually use family birthdays. The two numbers that always down first are 8 & 13. Back in the days that I did the football pools I also picked same initials teams. The one thing I would never do was put Wolves down to draw even if they were in one of those combinations of numbers 'cos I always expected them to win.
