His name was Joseph Elliott Hart, wine merchant, born in Upton Grey, Hampshire. According to the 1901 census he was living at (the spelling may be wrong) Canonbury Grove, Islington,[snipped] Also in 1908 he is mentioned on a Death Certificate living at 63 Ivanhoe Road, Denmark Park, London S.E.
