Hello Margaret Welcome to the list of which I have been a member for many years. I know you will get on with everyone. They are such a grand bunch of people. Thank you for the nice words about my old friend George. It will be nice to think he is still around if only in spirit. My daughter Cathy is a great believer in the spirit world and often tells me that spirits of humans and animals are all around us. It would be lovely to think of George coming back to see his old haunts now and again. I guess you will know that my age is 90 and early March, Mary and I will be celebrating our 66th year of marriage. Nothing to brag about I know but it is a long time and we have been very happy and still are. I have had a fairly good life - plenty of ups and downs though. I have spent most of my working years as a gardener. I have worked for one or two noted people. That is why I am not a millionaire...<grin>. They kept their millions to themselves. I live with Mary and my daughter Cathy who looks after me in a small village in Bucks. I asked one of my friends where you are. Big Dave told me that you are down in Salisbury. Not an area I have ever visited but Cathy used to live in Winchester many years ago and she always said she loved visiting Salisbury. I wish you well Margaret and hope you enjoy a long time with the list.
