Transcribed by Emily Smith. Geo. Carlisle Patriot Friday, April 9th, 1880 MARRIED IN "A LUCID INTERVAL".—In the case of EARP v. RUMSEY, which was decided in the Probate and Divorce Division on Tuesday, the question was whether a husband was insane at the time of marriage. The learned president said that, from the evidence, he was of opinion that the marriage had taken place during "a lucid interval" of the husband's insanity, and he therefore ordered it to be annulled. -- Emily Smith
