The entry is for the birth of a son Janos on Jan 28, 1901 in Batyok in house #27(now Backovik where my family comes from). The father was Janos Bugos/Kacmar Gr Cath;Mother: Anna Miklos Gr. Cath. Two god parents also from Batyok: Janos Bodonski and Anna Godus(?) from the Ev. Church. It appears that this Janos was my grandfather's Ondrej's brother(B:Nov 22,1831; M: Feb 10,1857 to Alzbeta Novak/Jevak from Secovce). The Kacmar that we knew in the US was John with his father's name of Michael, who had only one daughter and she was a professional Opera singer at the Met and elsewhere. The last I heard she was now a financial planner in NJ. The LDS film # for these records are: 1978938-40;1978930-31. John Bugosh, Venice, FL
