All of the Bohemian church records have been centralized during the USSR era in regional archives. You can now write in English to the appropriate archive and they can prepare a typed birth certificate and or copy the original pages out of the church record books. Radnice is either in the Trebon or Praha archive. I would start with Trebon, and they will forward it or write you back if that is wrong.
