If anyone can give me information/leeds, i would Brian: Your kind of message does not normally get the hoped-for result because it does not contain any information. You have to provide something people can identify with, you have to put some thought into a message that you intend to send out to the entire World - asking people to help you. Lets go over your message: "... searching for relatives in the US or other countries ..." - This tells me that you are looking for living relatives (as opposed to anscestors), and that you do not know in which State they would be most likely to be found. That is fair enough, but what I would do is get onto one of the Web pages that can tell you if there is a telephone listed to someone called Swierczek (try http://www.switchboard.com). It would help to provide your mother's full name, and her parent's names. And if you do not know those, then you have not done your homework. Here is food for your thought: I want you to help me find Zwierzina, anywhere, it is my father's name. Best of Luck
