My wife's family came from Slovakia early in this century and there is absolutely nothing known about the family's history prior to about 1920. There seem to be inheritable family diseases (all fatal) which took the lives of nearly everyone...most died by 38, 40. Her father only made it to 48, but she seems to be ahead (now 49). What would be of interest is to find out if there are any other Kistulinec's around, especially those who may have come from New York or Connecticut...to see how they might be doing.
