You may want to try looking at the ship's manifest thru the LDS FHC and see who your grandmother listed as who she was going to in the US and her nearest relative in the US----may give you a name of the person/relative in Chicago. One of my relatives came into Baltimore then to Patton, PA, and there was a family story that he was related to this other family in town but no one was exactly sure how. When I checked the passenger list, he had listed this man as his nearest relative, an uncle, in the US. Joanne
