I am researching my family history and am having problems locating the town of my maternal grandfather. Can someone please help. The 1906 ship manifest said Jan Salaj from Olozno, Austria-Hungarian Empire. His application for marriage said Nova Ves Jglo C. Spis Uhorsko. Does anyone know if these towns exist. My Czech source said no -- perhaps I'm misreading the writing. Would appreciate any help.
