Jennifer, For my 10 year old son the best family reunion he attended was one held at a small amusement park. Children get bored easily and need something to keep them busy. Maybe even if there was a small creek to swim in. For me the best part was the pile of old family pictures. They were literally in a pile. I don't know how these treasures survived the day! Everyone brought their own lunches. I really didn't like this because I enjoy trying new dishes so much. I would have loved to see some old family recipes. Best of luck on your book.
