I received a letter today from the archives in Presov in reference to why I have not received my report for which I sent a cashier's check to them on 4 March..... I am guessing the letter is saying they never got the cashier's check (a friend who teaches there has told me that is what they told him about a month ago...) Can someone translate this into English for me? I would be most appreciative. My credit union cannot (or will not) refund me the money, and I am not about to send any more to them for this report...
