I see several messages on this list related to surnames. Is this list limited to surnames, or may I request translation help? I am beginning my wife's family history. There is a strong Polish strain in her family, and there are several tombstones, prayer cards, etc. in Polish the surviving generations are unable to read. Might there be some Polish experts in this group who would be willing to assist us, if we don't over tax their generosity? Many thanks for whatever assistance you can render.
