I have a number of people that I know where the family was living at the time of a child's birth but I don't have documentation that the child was born there. Maybe grandmother was in the neighboring town and the baby was born there. I don't know. Is appropriate to put the city where I know the mother was living or should I just put the county and submit only documented information?
