Dianna, I don't think you want to attempt to scan your index and send it to the group. >From what I understand, rootsweb won't allow it anymore. You can't send attachments to rootsweb lists because it has caused too many problems (some people have programs that can't accept them, so they get returned and there have been so many bounces that they just won't allow it.) If you decide to scan them and send them to individuals, please put me on your list. I'd love to see what your index and research summary sheet look like!
