In June I spent a week in SLC at the FHL with the mission of finding the parents of my 2ggrandmother Candace Kelsey Waterman Philbrick Brown. I found them and also added another 734 relatives to my files. Her parents are Samuel Kelsey (1756-1838) and Betty Hollister (1757-1831). Their paternal lines went back several generations, but the maternal ones did not. So if anyone should be doing research on the MCKEE line that marries Hollister, I am interested. This Samuel Kelsey's mother is Mary STANDELEF. That's the sum total of the info I have on her. So if anyone is working that line I'd like to hear from you. Would be happy to share any info I have.
