Dear Diane, You probably haven't heard from some of us because we know we are so bad at our organization! Been doing genealogy for 25 years and only recently finally caught on to the idea of copying the title page of the book; the suggestion to add the library and date are great -- have to implement that next! BUT, I hope and think there's a lot of us out there who have this great file system, but everything doesn't fit into it. So then there's the suitcase you took back East filled with notes on this family. Then there's the box filled with copied land records from the SL FHC on another family. . . And then there's your husband's family lines piled on top of the computer. . . Anyway, I have appreciated everyone's many ideas. I think the bottom line is what one person suggested, LDS researchers usually wear many many hats (was just released Sunday as primary president after almost 3 years), have seven active children, two grandchildren, quilt for a hobby, and have a huge garden & can & freeze everything, etc. etc. etc. and I have seven other PAF files on my computer of ward members I am actively helping get their genealogy done! It's a good thing the Lord blesses our efforts, and I know we all try hard! Sherrie Wieland
