One way to make all the sisters feel like they belong would be to do a " here's what I think" What you do is have everyones name in a hat. Let each sister pick out a name. After they read the name, they are supposed to become friends with that person and get to know them. Then in a month you have each sister write a little paragraph describing the sister they became friends with. They can tell about anything they found fasinating or unique about that sister. Then each week at the beginning of R.S. you have a couple of them read out loud so that everyone gets to know about the sister. The object is to not let the sisters know that you have their name. Also, when they are read, you are not supposed to know who had the name. It is a great way to promote getting to know the sisters better. It teaches everyone how to become a friend.
