Sisters, I see a need to have a lesson on e-mailing for some sisters that not totally understand it. so here it is. If you hit reply, when replying to a email- the address of who it is from automatically goes in the "to "field .and in our case it will put the gen-rooters address. So if you don't want it to go to all the group. You need to delete the gen-rooters address and type in the adress of who you are replying to. The person who wrote the e-mail will be listed at the top of the email after "from: " I have recieved many of mail that should be responded to just one person. Before you send it, please double check the to box and make sure that you are sending it only to the person that you need to send it to. Any questions please e-mail me." E Terese."
