I am trying to "clean u= p" records given me for my polygamous great great grandfather and sorting out which children go to which of his six wives. The IGI records were helpful= but I still have a few children with no birthdates and some wives with confusi= ng names! Has anyone ever searched census records of polygamous families -- since I know my great great grandfather was in jail part of the time and a= lso that families were sometimes "in hiding."
