NY List Members: I wonder if one of you would know how I might find out more about the BRIMER who is mentioned in the excerpt below from George Washington's Papers at the Library of Congress. Any suggestions as to where I might call or write about the claim mentioned that evidently was negotiated in New York in 1776 ?
