Hello, Does anyone know the following? I am looking for any clues regarding the family of: Nathan JONES, b. 1792 Rensselaer County NY, m. Esther BABCOCK, d. 3 Mar 1863 Oneida County NY. Nathan and Esther had at least one child, Betsey Emeline JONES (who married and divorced Joseph WELLS of Augusta, Oneida County NY). Esther's BABCOCK line is of the BABCOCKs of Westerly RI, and I strongly suspect that Nathan's is, too, as there was a Nathan JONES in Westerly RI the right age to be Nathan's father (or grandfather?).
