Hi Hope someone can help me. I did not know which list to join for help. My husband's ggrandparents, Hugo Lange and Helena Becker, where married in New York City. I sent a application for the marriage license to Albany, Ny. I am afraid I do not where in NYC they were married. They sent me information on the areas to send another application to. They are Bronx Borough, Brooklyn Borough, Manhattan Borough, Queens Borough and Staten Island Borough (no longer called Richmond). I do have a couple of addresses of their son's, Carl, birth certificate, can someone tell me for that time frame what Borough it would be in? The address at the time of the birth of Carl is: 21st or 26 th Ave A. He was born in 1890. the address for the Medical Attendant is 103 E 3rd Street, City.
