He was naturalized in 1872 and married Katie Otis from NYC in 1872 in NYC. Her father's name was H. Otis, a native of NY. Her mother's name was Martha Freemore. I submit this above information hoping it is sufficient for some site to use in making a hit covering some of his activities and history while he was in NYS. Perhaps it might even be an avenue back to his ancestors in Denmark.
