Hi..I am trying to go through the back door (So to speak) in finding a Lucinda Jacoby. I believe her father was a Frederick Jacoby (from census info). He would have been 57 when the Civil War broke out...could he have served int he war or would he have been too old? If he did serve I may be able to get something on him from NARA. Thanks everyone!
