The Town of Redhouse lies within Cattaraugus County. The Town of Salamanca lies to the north, the Towns of Elko and Carrollton to the west and east respectively and the State of Pennsylvania to the south. The Allegheny River runs through the northeast corner and most of the town if not all lies within Allegany State Park (yes those are the correct spellings for the Allegheny River and Allegany State Park.
