I am also totally in agreement with Richard's comments regarding the "article" on internet genealogy. In three years of doing research in libraries and all the other "valid" sources, and belonging to several different lists on the internet, I have found that a majority of the queries are well thought out and presented well. Very occasionally there are poorly-crafted queries that want an entire tree for free (no poetic pun intended).
