I am up against this right now with one who claims to have searched this surname for 20 years. I am usually not a suspectful person, but some time one gets a sense about some things. For instance, I threw in a comment about two great stories about this family. There seemed to be no interest on the other end about the stories. Also they mentioned a,seemingly, unrelated family of the same surname. I sent as little as I could(about 2 generations) without sources, to see how honest this person was. I can understand how this person may feel, but I won't take too many "stalls" as I have sent some info to her and feel its my turn to receive. If you don't make the attempt to share, you might be taken the wrong way on the other end. This goes both ways. Hope this helps on the subject. Joan
