    3. Yes, 1880-1948, on microfiche, but it's only available to the public in two places: at the NY State Archives in Albany and at the National Archives Regional Branch in Manhattan. The NY State Dept of Health has never given permission for it to be duplicated by the Family History Library. It does _not_ includes deaths within NY City. The FHL has those.
