Hi..... Can anyone tell my if New York has a State marriage index? Or if someone could do a lookup for me....... I am looking for information on my gggrandparents Thomas S MANSFIELD and Marguerite (Margaret) A MURRAY married about 1885. I'm not sure of the county. I am also interested in finding the fastest way to order certificates.. Here in CA it is much faster to order from the counties as the state can take up to 3 months!
