Well, it depends what you mean. The information about the film series is online at the NARA website. The actual passenger lists themselves and indexes are not. As I mentioned, all of these films can be obtained by 1) visiting NARA Northeast or DC 2) Going to your nearest LDS Family History Center or, 3) Order them, and have them delivered to your home, from the AGLL.
