http://www.usgennet.org/usa/ny/county/ontario/cems/canandaigua/calvary/calvindex.html With much gratitude to Ron Hanley, over 1,500 pictures of tombstones and cemetery information has been added to the Canandaigua Calvary cemetery, that Ron has been photographing and organizing by sections, for a couple of years. He has been a great contributor of various information for this website and has recently published a 14 volume set of history and genealogy, convering many of his family lines in the Ontario and Monroe counties and some other surrounding areas. His dedication is endless. I invite you to have a look at the pictures (thumbnails that can be clicked on for larger pictures) of his work in this cemetery, and hope to encourage people to do the same of cemeteries in their area, to contribute or create their own website with pictures of headstones, free for those researching in a given area.
