Searching for: m date of Edward JOURNEAY and Annie Woodruff LAY c1884-88; d date of Edward c1894-1906;and m2 date of widow Annie and Dr. Thomas Bellows BUFFUM c1906-07. All events were prob. in Brooklyn or NYC area. Both Annie (b Brooklyn) and Edward (b Staten Island) and their parents were native to NYC area. Dr. Buffum was native to Walpole, NH, but attended Amherst and NYU Med. school. 1900 NY Census shows Edward and Annie (aged 40 & 33) living at 318 West 116th St., Manhattan, and Dr. Buffum (age 30) living alone at 1337 Boulevard, Manhattan. 1910 Census has Annie and Thomas m for 3 years.
