Is there anyone with access to "Dutchess County Newspaper Deaths Index to notices1826-1871," abstracted in The Dutchess, quarterly publication of the Dutchess County Genealogical Society, compiled by Arthur C.M. Kelly? I am looking for possible information for Ann Strober Mitchell, who died sometime between 1846-1850 in Dutchess County, possibly in Amenia or Fishkill.
