    1. [GEN-NYS] Does anyone know of Sons and Daughters of Liberty, for Council Hope #5
    2. This is part of my search for the elusive Josephine Dawson Heald...she was Baxter by this time I have searched the net for info, and have not found any. Any ideas on how to find info on this? Josephine Baxter was deputy State Councilor for Sons and Daughters of Liberty, for Council Hope #5, signed May 31, 1928 I am also looking for a printing firm in the vicinity of the Brooklyn Bridge (near the Navy Yard. I have checked all the printers for that area, and none are under my GGGrandfather's name (Robert D Fleury) I understand printing was sometimes like sweatshop work back then... the whole family at that time were printers, bookbinders, and bookfolders--so I am assuming they all worked at the same place. I am sorry how this post is coming out...I think it's AOL idea of improvement changes LOL _http://familytreemaker.genealogy.com/users/p/r/e/Joyce-Presnall/WEBSITE-0001/ UHP-Index.html_ (http://familytreemaker.genealogy.com/users/p/r/e/Joyce-Presnall/WEBSITE-0001/UHP-Index.html) My Gedcom site on Genealogy.com. Many Brooklyn names included in this info.
