This is just another anti-Bush kook trying to incite further discord. The magic word in the article is "activists." The rules have not changed. Census records are not available for 70 years right now and access to relevant personal information regarding live persons should be made very difficult to get to avoid identity theft. A free society is not a socialist model, so desperately being sough by Hillary's nut-jobs. Desperation in the Democratic Party now in disarray, has finally trickled down to genealogy where they hope the minimally informed will join their futile cause.
