Linda's bits and pieces have helped me to solve a mystery in my family and I am so grateful for her hard work. In 1875 my great aunt's husband, Daniel Doran had suddenly disappeared from the family. He was young and I couldn't find a death or burial for him anywhere. While reading "newsies" just for the fun of it, I discovered an article written in the Batavia newspaper about "Daniel Doran, the Lockport Murderer". After some research and some added help from Cindy, I found that this was the same Daniel Doran I had been looking for. It certainly has added some interest to my family history of the Juite/Jewett family and the horrible times they endured. Hang in there, read all of these articles, they tell so much about the times in which our ancestors lived. Thank you Linda and Don for a job well done. Marilyn Tracey
