To Norwegian descendants, In 1904, my father traveled to America via the ship Tasso from Trondheim, Norway to Hull, England and finally to Quebec, Canada. What was it like traveling by ship, what kind of food was served, what was the lodging like, and, was there a transfer from this ship Tasso to another ship in Hull, England to continue on to Quebec, Canada ? Also, how many sailing days from Norway to America ? I hope someone can provide the answers, if not about this ship, maybe another ship. Any information will be greatly appreciated.
