Hello all, My grgr-mother was called Boudou. I found her ancestor born +/- 1774 in Herve, that is a village in the Wallonian part of Belgium, today. As archives are distroyed during the Great War, there is no more to be found there about earlier years. But is assumed that this persons parents were not people of this village. At the LDS-site I found numbers of BOUDOU or BODOU in Sweden starting the 17th century. Can someone tell me what the exact place of origine in Wallonia those swedish BOUDOU came from at that time?
