Caut: Rasmus Seeland og Staale Aasselsøn Kroslie" 24 nov 1737: "copul (married): Aassel Ormsøn Kroslie med Bereth Staalisdatter Høyland". This must be the 2nd marriage of Ståle Åsulvsen Krosslies father, Åsulf Ormsen Krossli. His first wife was Siri Stålesdatter. Lars Stålesen Krosslie's 1st wife was Karen Torkildsdatter Meland (parents: Torkild Ådnesen Meland and Sissel Mikaelsdatter Refsti) from Lille Meland in Feda. Married 1771.
