In the 1865-census, I find 29 with the name of Bendikke. Only one of them seems to half-way match your Oline, namewise. (There is no trace of Carlsen, though!) Olianne Bendikke Andersd., 13 yrs, at 1432 Holsen (Førde prestegjeld) in Sogn og Fjordane is the daughter of farmer Anders Ols. and his wife Lovise Stefensd. How certain is her birth year? This Oline would be born in 1852, rather than 1858. But if she left on her own, as early as 1870, it is more likely that she was 18 rather than 12, isn't it? I don't know - this may be completely useless to you. From her name, would it perhaps be logical to do a search based on the theory that her father was named Carl and her grandfathers might be Ole and Bendik?
