    3. I've been "off-line" for about 7 months. Previously I had been in touch with a person from Denmark about this Schultz family. Hopefully, I can make contact again with him - or with anyone else. I'm looking for Johan Nissen SCHULTZ [b.c. 1841, Anslet, son of Nis Johansen SCHULTZ and (we think?) Mette Marie MADSEN]. Johan married Hansine SLIFSGAARD (originally from Stubbum) in Iowa in 1873. About 1874 Johan returned to Anslet where he bought a farm (at least, a tract of land) from his father. A description of the farm that I received: "May be from the Vestermark Farm in little Anslet, Sønderjylland (southern Jutland?). The farm was built in 1673, but in 1837 it was moved 200 metres further east where it still is." The family remained in the Anslet area until about 1890 when they returned to Iowa. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I understand that there is still a SCHULTZ connection living in the area today. Help??
