According to the local history from the municipality of Stor-Elvdalen in Norway, did a brother of my great great grandmother emigrate to Finland. I do not know anything about where or when, but his name was Helge Torgalsen Stai and he was born in 1856. Has anyone heard about him, or may anyone give me a clue about where to start.
