Hi Beth, I expected some systems may have trouble, so I made it in several formats. Go to http://genscriber.com/support/fs2csv-demo/ There you will find it in AVI, FLV, MP4, MPEG and SWF These are the most common formats. If none of them work, let me know what your system is, and I will work something out. I tested it in XP and Win7 using Movie Player. It could be that your system is automaticaly opening it for editing in 'Move Maker'. I think you may be best using 'Movie Player' instead of 'Move Maker'. Try right-clicking on the file and choosing 'Open with', then choose 'Movie Player' Les Hardy On 03/01/12 16:19, Beth Bowling wrote: > Les, I cannot get this to open and play....I get message "that the file > might be corrupted or in a format that Movie Maker doesn't recognize.
