A year or so ago (with the help from the list) I set my HP Vista Home Premium computer back to its factory settings. It was returned to settings when I purchased it. I cannot find or remember how I did it. Would anyone on the list give me advice? A friend wants to do this. It might have been George who told me. I appreciate the help. Regards, Jerrie
