My experience as a member of the iSheep is that there was only one genealogy program and it hadn't been upgraded for some time. Reunion. Whether it still exists or what its status is I don't know. I always thought I made a mistake overpaying for the Apple computer and I hated that there were next to no free programs available for it. I gave the laptop to my son along with all peripherals I had purchased. I bought my first Dell after giving away the laptop and have been with Dell until this year when I bought an Acer on a great sale. It works fine and I love the multitude of items available for PC's. I just bought the latest version of RootsMagic. Apple puts on classes for users. You might want to attend some. I might have liked the computer more if I had known what marvelous things it could do. I hooked up a TV tuner and used it primarily as a TV in the computer room. BTW, I love all other Apple products. I just don't care for the computers/operating systems. I love my iPad and iPods and use an iPhone. Elaine Life is lived forwards, but understood backwards.
