Hi I just emailed Keith this question, but thought I would also ask the list the question too...I just installed your suggested chrome app and it didn't help. Here is what I did this morning: I uninstalled CHROME and re-downloaded CHROME. Here is my current problem. I have 2 printers installed on my window XP: My color printer(hp photosmart p1000..which prints great from a regular photo BUT on GOOGLE CHROME print it does not offer any choices of color OR black/white. BUT if I change printers to my old black cartridge Apollo P-1200 printer, the google print offers bot b/w and color, but of course it only prints in black.Any ideas on how I can get google chrome to reset itself so that when I want to print from my HP photosmart printer that google offer both black and color options?
