    3. Sure. I assume you're using a Windows computer. Highlight the first one in the list. Scroll down to the last one, press shift. They should all be highlighted. Hit delete. Or more easily, click edit, delete messages. Connie Is there a way to delet a number of messages at onec rater than one by one. This is a new computer and it downloaded 2,000 messages. I am down to 1586. Frances

    3. Frances, thank you so much for asking this question. I, too, really need the answer. And thank you, Connie, for replying, especially with so much encouragement. I really love that word SURE!! How many messages can you delete at one time? 2000? 1500? (And, where do you find “edit” to click on it? Please don’t laugh too uproariously. I have looked all over, and I really just cannot find it.) 2. My program works a little different then others who answered. At the top, above the messages, I have the words "toggle all". Click on that and all msgs that are deleted. ellen

    3. Thank you all for your suggestions. I could not just delete everything. There were some I needed to save. I have not gotten it all cleaned out. I hope in the next few days I can do the tutorial. That will help a lot. Again, thank you all. 3. And I would highlight ONE message and then use control key/A key and it would highlight ALL messages if I wanted to do that to delete all. Elaine Times are bad. Children no longer obey their parents, and everyone is writing a book. --Marcus Tullius Cicero, 106-43 BC Hello bruce On Friday, February 8, 2013, you wrote > My program works a little different then others > who answered.
