I’ve been looking for it. I know I’ve seen it, but I can’t find it now. I’ve never seen “toggle all.” Connie My program works a little different then others who answered. At the top, above the messages, I have the words "toggle all". Click on that and all msgs that are deleted. ellen
If there are some you want to keep and some you know you want to delete I use Windows Live Mail and there is a place by each email to check so you can move it to a folder, delete it etc. I just check the box by the ones I know I dont intend to open and then hit delete and all the checked ones will be gone...Bobbie > From: [email protected] > To: [email protected] > Date: Fri, 8 Feb 2013 17:38:18 -0800 > Subject: Re: [GN] Windows Live Mail > > I’ve been looking for it.
